‌Edward Dewitt and Etta were married in a religious ceremony on April 15th, 1878 in Barnet, VT.¹   They had two sons and three daughters, named Carroll Elliott, Edward Archibald, Clara Maria, Maude Eugenia and Etta Aileena.
