Tandy Welch 
Tandy was born in 1793 in Scott County, Virginia. He died at the age of 71 on November 24th, 1864 in Scott County, Virginia.General Notes
Tandy enlisted for service in the war of 1812 on November 13, 1814. Served under Captian John Crock in the 4th Regiment, discharged May 18, 1815. Tandy lowned land in Claiborne County, Tennessee and Lee County, Virginia. Tandy was a minister in the Methodist church. He married Mary Clarkson and had 17 children.
