Samuel was born on November 6th, 1735 in Amesbury, Essex County, Massachusetts.  He died at the age of 63 in 1798.  He was buried in Danville, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.

Elizabeth was born in 1735 in Kingston, New Hampshire.  She died after 1773.
