Floyd Joe Phipps

Floyd Joe was born on January 3rd, 1902 in Sullivan County, Missouri.  He died  due to heart attack after accident at the age of 68 on September 13th, 1970.

‌Floyd Joe and Ruth Armenta were married in a religious ceremony on March 4th, 1924.  They had a daughter named Living.
