Clarence Allen Hillard 
Clarence Allen was born on October 4th, 1919 in Deshler, Henry County, Ohio. Clarence Allen's father was Claude Victor Hillard and his mother was Millie V. Champion. His paternal grandparents were James Selby Hillard and Mary Elizabeth Snyder. He had two brothers named Franklin James and Vernon H.. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 75 on December 13th, 1994 in Bowling Green, Wood County, Ohio. He was buried in Wingston Cemetery, Liberty township., Wood County, Ohio.General Notes
Clarence served in WW II with the U.S. Navy and was decorated with the Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Ribbon and the Asiatic Pacific Area Campaign Medal. He was a member of the American Legion Post of Weston, OH. He had a mink farm and later a rabbit farm. He retired from the maintenance department at Campbell Soup in Napoleon in 1982. When first married they lived in Deshler, then Rudolph in 1955 and Weston, OH in 1988 after Clarence's health got bad. Members of GraceLuthern Church, Weston, OH.
