Adam was born in 1310 in Bretherton Croston, , Lancashire, England.  He died at the age of 31 in 1341 in Croston, Chorley, Lancashire, England.

‌Adam and UNKNOWN were married in a religious ceremony in 1333 in Bank Hall, Croston, Lancashire, England.  They had a son named William.
