Philip was born about 1130 in Colombieres, Calvados, Normandy, France. He died before 1186 in Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, Somerset, England.General Notes

Colombieres: Calvados, arr. Bayeux, cant. Ryes. (There are two Colombieres in Calvados, Normandy)
