William was born about 1423 in of, Pembroke, Herefordshire, England and his baptism took place in {godwin}.  He died on July 27th, 1469 in Banbury, Northamptonshire, England.  He was buried in Tintern Abbey, Chapel Hill, Monmouthshire, England.
