Ann was born on September 19th, 1660 in Nether Gournell, Sedgley, Stafford, England and her baptism took place on September 19th, 1660 in Nether Gornal, Sedgley, Stafford, Eng.  She died at the age of 59 on November 3rd, 1719 in Birmingham Tws., Chester Co., Pennsylvania.  She was buried in 1719 in Chester Co., Pennsylvania.
