Elizabeth was born on August 29th, 1680 in Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts, USA and her baptism took place in Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts, USA.  She died at the age of 39 in 1719 in Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts, USA.  She was buried in Swansea, Bristol, Massachusetts, USA.
