John Worthen

John was born on July 22nd, 1817 in Northwich, Cheshire, England and his baptism took place on August 10th, 1817 in Northwich (Witto, Cheshire, England.  He died at the age of 75 on April 23rd, 1893 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Ut.  He was buried on May 1st, 1893 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Ut.
