Elbert Elbertse was born in 1620 in Nieukerken, North Brabrant.1 He died before 1720.General Notes

wenhoven in Flatlands, including the 246 acres of "Achtervelt" (presumab
ly what was left of a once larger tract) on "Kaskutew" flats in Flatlands.
Elbert Elbertse and Aeltje "Albie" Cornelis were married in a religious ceremony on August 27th, 1645 in Nieuw Amsterdam Dutch Church.2 They had two sons and two daughters, named Elbert, Gerret Elbertz, Heiltie and Achje.
