Otto Everett Headman

Otto Everett was born on February 18th, 1902 in Mill Creek, Salt Lake, Ut and his baptism took place there on May 4th, 1902.  He died at the age of 76 on December 4th, 1978 in Salt Lake City, S-Lk, Ut.  He was buried on December 7th, 1978 in Elysian Burial G, Salt Lake City, S-Lk, Ut.
