Abigail and William were married in a religious ceremony in 1696.1 They had six sons and six daughters, named William, Joseph, John, Benjamin, Ichabod, Peleg, Mercy, Lydia, Abigail, Rebecca, Mary and Sarah.

Mercy was born on July 1st, 1697 in Newport Co, RI. She died at the age of 71 in November 1768.
William Simmons
William was born on September 30th, 1699 in Newport Co, RI. He died at the age of 74 on January 8th, 1774 in Newport Co, RI.
Joseph SIMMONS
