Squire and Delila were married in a religious ceremony in 1810. They had three sons and five daughters, named Jonathan, William, Henry, Eliza, Mariah, Mary, Sarah Ann and Nancy.

Mariah was born on June 11th, 1816 in Jefferson Co.,Indiana. She died at the age of 73 on August 10th, 1889.
