‌John and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony in Eastman,Barnstable,Massachusetts.  They had nine sons and three daughters, named Joshua, John, Phineas, Anthony, Elisha, Isaac, David, Ambrose, Amasa, Anne, Mary and Elizabeth.
