James Franklin was born on October 23rd, 1839 in Green Co.,Kentucky.  He died at the age of 74 on June 27th, 1914 in Louisville,Jefferson Co.,Kentucky.  He was buried in Underwood Cemetery,Hwy 210,Taylor Co.,Kentucky.
