James Turner Skaggs 
James Turner was born on June 4th, 1895 in Zion,Taylor Co.,Kentucky. He died at the age of 61 on May 29th, 1957 in Finley,Taylor Co.,Kentucky. He was buried in Arvin Cemetery,Finley,Taylor Co.,Kentucky.
James Turner and Rosetta were married in a religious ceremony on March 22nd, 1916 in Hodgenville,Larue Co.,Kentucky. They had three sons and six daughters, named William, Robert, Floyd, Alice E., Alice, Leslie, Estaleen, Eva and Marie.
