James H. Skaggs 
James H. was born on June 2nd, 1900. He died at the age of 47 on October 12th, 1947. He was buried in Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery,Green Co.,Kentucky.
They had four sons and four daughters, named Bernie Edward, Larry, Frank, Delbert, Ruby, Ella, Geneva and Hallie.
