Elbert Dotson Skaggs

Elbert Dotson was born on July 2nd, 1873.  Elbert Dotson's father was Dotson Elbert Skaggs and his mother is Mary Malinda Stapp.  His paternal grandfather was William Brock Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Nancy Warner. He has five brothers and three sisters, named William Joshua, John Calvin, Charles, Oscar, George Ernest, Flora Catherine, Sarah Josephine and Nancy Jane.  He is the fourth youngest of the nine children.
