Elizabeth and James were married in a religious ceremony in 1716. They had four sons and four daughters, named Francis, James, John, Joseph, Lucy, Ellen, Mary and Richard.

Francis was born on May 16th, 1740 in King George Co.,Virginia. He died at the age of 77 on July 17th, 1817.
