Christopher C. "Kit" was born about 1829 in ,,SC.  Christopher C. "Kit"'s father was James Reed?reid and his mother was Mary or Sarah ?????.  His paternal grandparents are Mr. Reed?reid and Ms. UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas J., James Madison, Alfred George, Leroy James, Jane, Martha, Demerious, Elizabeth, Tryphenie and Mary.  He died about 1909.
