Frances Adaline was born on January 26th, 1860 in Taylor Co. West Virginia. Frances Adaline's father was Jeremiah Milton Martin and her mother is Catherine Mathes. Her paternal grandparents are Manning D. Martin and Mary D. Long. She has a brother and three sisters, named Alfred Nelson, Mary Isabell, Virginia Alice and Ann Mary. She is the second oldest of the five children.-
