Daniel "Dock" Luke

Daniel "Dock" was born on January 9th, 1856 in Preston,Kemper County,MS.  Daniel "Dock"'s father was James R. Luke and his mother was Martha Reed?reid.  His paternal grandparents are Mr. Luke and Miss UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were James Reed?reid and Mary or Sarah ?????. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named James Madison, Augustus L., John Buchanan, Allen Verdell, Jackson Thomas, William Monroe, Christopher Columbus, Mary Ann, Sarah and Martha.  He died at the age of 82 on February 8th, 1938 in ,Kemper County,MS.  He was buried in Coy Cemetery,Neshoba County,MS.
