Reuben Calvin was born in 1842 in Scott Co.,Mississippi. Reuben Calvin's father was Anthony Graham and his mother was Nancy Barnes. His paternal grandparents were Robert ,Jr. Graham and Christian Keahey. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Andrew Washington, James A., Robert Thompson, Samuel, Archibald Lafayette, Anthony M., Josephine Christina, Sarah Mary Y. T., Amarintha, Josephine, Lucinda Vashti and Agatha. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died after 1880.General Notes
