Hebert Mitchel Frost

Hebert Mitchel was born on March 4th, 1858.  Hebert Mitchel's father is Joshua Wingate Frost and his mother is Mary H. Whitman.  His paternal grandfather is Wingate Frost and his paternal grandmother was Anna Mitchell. He had five brothers and a sister, named Henry Lynden, William Penn, Loell Whitman, Lorell Whitman, Milton and Anna Wingate.  He is the second youngest of the seven children.
