Mr. and Mrs. M. T. Bowers (Tom and Jenny) and their children, Millard and Lois, moved in 1914 from Erath Co. to a farm south of Lorenzo. Tom Bowers died in 1945 and Jenny in 1965.
In 1924 Millard Bowers and Ovie Grears were married. They have three children, Evelyn, Madalyn and Wade. They farmed south of Lorenzo until 1941 when they bought a farm near Estacado and moved there. Millard died in Oct. 1976, and Ovie now lives south of Ralls.
