 Philip Lough
Philip was born on September 26th, 1793 in Pendleton County,  Virginia now West Virginia.  He died at the age of 78 on April 4th, 1872 in Stanley Run, Weston Post Office, Lewis County, West Virginia.


 Sally Fisher
Sally was born before 1808.  She died after 1820 in Lewis County, West Virginia.
