Humphrey VI the Younger de Bohun
Humphrey VI the Younger was born about 1220 in Hereford, Herefordshire, England.  He died on August 27th, 1265 in Beeston Castle, Cheshire/Chester, England.  He was buried in Combermere Abbey.
