George and Christina were married in a religious ceremony in 1760. They had three sons and a daughter, named Caleb Hill, Joseph Hill, John Hill and Jane Hill.

Joseph Hill was born on June 27th, 1764 in Thornbury Farm, Chester County, Pennsylvania. He died at the age of 75 on November 20th, 1839.
