Andreas was born on May 12th, 1722 in Hochland, Ulster County or Highland or Newburgh/NewBerg/Newburg, Orange County, New York.  He died at the age of 68 on August 16th, 1790 in Bethania, Stokes (now Forsyth) County, North Carolina.  He was buried on August 16th, 1790 in Bethania Moravian Cemetery, Bethania, Stokes (now Forsyth) County, North Carolina.
