Joseph Happing Skaggs

Joseph Happing was born in 1855.

‌Joseph Happing and Lucy Alice were married in a religious ceremony on February 21st, 1878 in Nicholas County, West Virginia.  They had two sons and five daughters, named Lonnie, Joseph Ransler, Loami, Nora, Bertha, Lulu and Walter.
