‌Silas and Lydia were married in a religious ceremony on July 25th, 1759 in Barnstable, MA.  They have three sons and eight daughters, and also a child of unknown gender, named Silas Gifford, Caleb, Simon, Hannah, Anna, Jane, Lydia, Macy, Mary, Phebe, Sarah and Maltiah.
