Stella Blanche was born on October 14th, 1912 in Prineville, Multnomah Co., Oregon.  She died at the age of 87 on April 12th, 2000 in Yreka, Siskiyou Co., California.  She was buried in The Dalles, Wasco Co., Oregon.
