James Thomas OAKLEY 
James Thomas was born on January 8th, 1864. James Thomas' father was William OAKLEY and his mother was Mary Ann L. SWANN. His paternal grandfather was John OAKLEY and his paternal grandmother is Sarah PHILLIPS. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel Marion, John William, Marion, Sarah E, Louisa Ann, Nancy Jane, Martha Frances and Nora Harlena. He died at the age of 59 in February 1923. He was buried in Jones Hill Cemetary.-
