Samuel Deweese and wife; Thomas Dugan and wife and Wm McDaniel and wife sold land the 24th March 1819 to Amos H. Caffee for $100, Lot #8 in Newark.
Just prior to that record Volume G, pages 230-231 Rebecca Dugan, widow of Thomas Dugan released her dower right to Amos Caffee.
Other releases - James Dugan 23, August 1825 for $20 left to James/Mariah Dugan , son of Thomas Dugan plus 5 more.
Also Samuel/Mary "Polly" Deweese; Thomas/Catherine Dugan; Wm./Jane McDaniel; and Rebecca Dugan, widow plus one more later on. Zachariah Dugan 17, Nov. 1823 to A.H. Caffee for undivided 6th part of Lot # 8.
‌Rebecca and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on August 28th, 1783 in Baltimore,Baltimore County,Maryland. They had two sons and three daughters, named James, Thomas, Mary (Polly), Jane and Zachariah.

Mary (Polly) was born on January 6th, 1797 in Virginia. She died at the age of 61 on October 17th, 1858 in Licking County,Ohio.
