Thomas and Barbe were married in a religious ceremony on January 28th, 1692.1 They had three sons and six daughters, named Nicolas, Jean Baptiste, Claude, Genevieve, Marie Frabcoise, Marie Anne, Genevieve, Catherine and Marie Therese.

Barbe was born on December 17th, 1672 in Beaupre, Quebec.1 She died at the age of 38 on February 20th, 1711 in Beauport, Quebec.1
