William I "The Conqueror" King of was born on October 14th, 1024 in Falaise, Calvados, France.  William I "The Conqueror" King of's father was Robert The Devil II Duke of Normandy and his mother was Herleva De Falaise.  His paternal grandparents were Duke Richard II (The Good) Normandy and Princess Judith Brittany; his maternal grandparents were Fulbert the Tanner de Falaise and Duxia de Falaise. He had a brother and a sister, named Ralph Count of and Adelaide Countess of.  He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Baldwin Fitz-Gilbert of, Robert de Mortaigne Earl of, Emma, Oda (Eudes) and Muriel.  He died at the age of 63 in 1087 in Hermentruvilleby, Rouen, France.
