Martha Poage 
Martha was born on December 20th, 1742 in ,Rockbridge County,VA. She died at the age of 43 on July 14th, 1786.General Notes
She was captured by Indians, carried off by the Shawnees to their villages on the Scioto River in Ohio and burned at the stake later the same month.
They had a son named James.
