Roy L. was born on April 12th, 1889 in Milton, Trimble Co., Kentucky.  He died at the age of 72 on August 27th, 1961 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.  He was buried on August 30th, 1961 in Mission Burial Park South, San Antonio, Texas.
