Osborne was born on September 9th, 1913 in Monroe County, Indiana. He died at the age of 74 on July 17th, 1988 in Monroe County, Indiana. He was buried in Clear Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
He was in the U. S. Army in the 2nd Armored Engineers as a Sargent. He
was awarded 2 Bronze Stars, a Purple Heart and a Distinguished Unit Award
between 4/3/1941 and 10/18/1945.
Osborne and Naomi Fay were married in a religious ceremony on December 22nd, 1941. They had a daughter named Living.
