Frederick Richard was born on August 24th, 1914 in Glen Allen, Bollinger Co., Missouri.  He died at the age of 53 on February 17th, 1968 in Indianapolis, Marion Co.,  Indiana.  He was buried in Valhalla Memory Gardens, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana.
