Jesse became Indiana's first Novelist.
In 1816, he was an Elector from Indiana to Electoral College to vote for
the president.
Jesse and Elizabeth had moved across the Ohio River from Kentucky to
Vevay, Indiana.
Jesse Lynch and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on February 26th, 1810 in Kentucky. They had a son and a daughter, named William Steele and Lucy Mildred.
