Thelma Ann was born on December 30th, 1907 in Summitville, Madison Co., Indiana.  She died at the age of 70 on July 16th, 1978 in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Delaware Co., Indiana.  She was buried on July 19th, 1978 in Matthews Cemetery, Matthews, Grant Co., Indiana.
