  Line 21265 from GEDCOM File not recognizable or too long: DEAT PLAC Washington Co. Ky In Washington Co MD in 1790 living close to William Worland. son Henry b ought land in Washington Co. KY in 1816 from Henry Worland. Henry Worland had i nherited the land form Willima Worland in 1803.  Probably Peter's first wife wa s a dau. of William Worland and Henry Worland was her brother. Peter Powell rec orded his will in Washington Co. Ky in Nov 1826. He willed one dollar to John, Charles, Henry, Mary Montgomery and Charity Yates. The residue of his ested wen t to his wife Rachel and at her death to Josiah (Joseph), William, Peter, Rache l Ann, and Elizabeth. Rachel made her will in 1836 and died in 1838.  She gave money to St Rose Catholic Church for redemption of the souls of her dead husban d and children.  She willed her land to daughters Mary and Elizabeth.  Peter Br own proved the will.
