John LIGON

John was born about 1768 in ,Cumberland Co., VA.¹  He had five brothers and six sisters, named William, Thomas, Joseph Miller, Woodson, Miller Woodson, Sallie Miller, Betsy, Judith, Mary "Polly", Patsy and Susanna.  He died on July 23rd, 1826 in Cross Hill, Laurens Co., SC.  He was buried in Ligon Family Cem, Near Cross Hill, Laurens Co, SC.^1 1
