Is this the record of the death and burial of our William JAMES?

A record in the Pioneer Section of Charters Towers Cemetery register shows that William JAMES, aged 32m  died and was buried on the 3rd August 1888, having suffered a fatal Spine Injury in a Mine. His religion was recorded as Methodist.

Qld Death Cert No. 1888/C2174 states that the death of William JAMES ras registered in country Queensland, in 1888. His father's name was recorded as William JAMES and his mother's name was recorded as Elizabeth JAMES (nee Howell). 

David was aged 48 at the time of his death on the 17-Mar-1911.

Qld Death Cert No. 1911 / C2228 states that the death of David JAMES was registered in country Queensland, in 1911. His father's name was recorded as William JAMES while his mother's name was recorded as Mary JAMES (nee Evans).

David James was a Roman Catholic and was buried in the 'Lynd Monu' cemetery.

Qld Death Cert No. 1909 / C1947 states that the death of Mary Ann OSHYER was registered in Charters Towers Qld, in 1909. Her father's name was recorded as William JAMES and her mother's name was recorded as Mary EVANS (nee EVANS).

Charters Towers Cemetery Burial records record that Mary Ann OSHYER died, aged 36, on the 29-Mar-1909 of Puerperal Septicaemia and was buried in the Charters Towers Cemetery on the 30-Mar-1909, supervised by the Rev. Lambtom.
