William (Bill) Arthur Stout 
William (Bill) was born in 1924 in Townsville, Qld, Australia. William (Bill)'s father was Victor Harold Stout and his mother was Ida Myrtle Pardon. His paternal grandparents were George Brown Stout and Mary Ann Eliza Connor; his maternal grandparents were William Thomas Pardon and Elizabeth Jane Peace. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Mick, Jim, Nesbitt, Bernard (Bernie), Hazel, Myrtle and Phyllis. He died at the age of 79 on August 19th, 2003 in Townsville, Qld, Australia.
