"Death from a Fit.
Between 1 and 2 o'clock on Saturday, afternoon William Duff, 52, native of England, married (leaving a widow and five children), whilst distributing bills at the International Exhibition, fell down in a fit. He was conveyed to the Infirmary, where his died one hour after admission. Deceased resided at New John-street, Balmain. He was subject to fits. An inquest been dispensed with."
The International Exhibition in Sydney, NSW, in 1878, was held in the "Garden Palace" in the Sydney Domain
