"ROBINSON— KINCHINGTON St. Canice's Church, Roslyn-street, was recently the scene of a pretty wedding, when Miss Gladys Kinchington, of "Green Gables," Kurri Kurri, was married to Mr. Robert Robinson, eldest son of Mrs. Robinson, of Kurri Kurri.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. Father Bartlett of St. Mary's Cathedral.
The bride, who is the second daughter of Mrs. E. Kinchington, of Bondi, was given away by her brother, Mr. P. Kinchington. She was attended by Miss Marie Kinchington, as bridesmaid, and little Dympna Hickey.
Mr. John Hickey was best man.
After the ceremony a reception was held at the residence of the bride's sister, Mrs. John Hickey, where only immediate relatives of the happy couple were entertained."
